"I lost my cat because of their negligence and lack of expertise. Instead of identifying the root cause, they immediately started giving injections without proper diagnosis. My cat’s condition kept worsening day by day, even though they repeatedly assured me that he was improving. I had recently moved to this area and trusted them because I didn’t know any other clinic. Unfortunately, that trust cost my cat his life. What started as a small skin infection deteriorated over two weeks under their treatment, and eventually, my cat passed away. Their behavior was equally insensitive and unprofessional. For them, it may just be another case, but for us, we lost a family member—everything we had. If you truly love your pets, please think twice before bringing them here. And if you are unable to treat an animal properly, the ethical thing to do is to refer them to a more experienced doctor instead of risking an innocent life just to make money."
